Pinned messages, referred to as Pins, are posts that tell you important information about the channel that you’re in. I recommend reading them if they’re available, they can give you tips on how to use our channels better. Each channel has their own different Pins.
To view a pin, look for a little Pushpin 📌 Icon!
For Desktop: In the top right corner of the channel, in the description bar.
For Mobile: Click the channel name at the top, or swipe left to open the side menu.
